TYA SPOTLIGHT: SCT’S DIRECTOR OF EDUCATION, TO DIRECT FIRST PRODUCTION IN NEW VIRTUAL SHORT SERIES
SCT's very own Johamy Morales, Director of Education, will be directing the first in a series of Milwaukee First Stage's newly announced Amplify - First Stage's BIPOC Virtual Short Play Series, which will be developed and produced throughout Spring 2021. Johamy will be directing COPPER HORNS IN WATER by Ty Defoe.

Teaching Artist - American Sign Language Specialist: This position will craft theatre-based curriculum and provide professional instruction for students who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Children of Deaf Adults. Instructional topics are within the wide variety of Theatre Arts educational opportunities SCT provides, including Arts-Based Learning workshops, Community Engagement workshops/residencies, and Drama School classes and camps.
Director of Production: The Director of Production is responsible for the realization of SCT’s artistic vision, set by the Artistic Director. This role leads all production related activities at SCT including but not limited to; design and rehearsal phase, running of shows, building of productions, sending SCT’s physical productions out, receiving touring productions, as well as partnering closely with the Artistic Director on commissions and workshops.
